Biz Blow Up LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Hypertransient website and mobile applications ("Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights over it. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Information you provide. When you contact us for support, we collect your name and email address.
Usage and diagnostic data. We may automatically collect device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and general usage patterns to diagnose issues and improve our Services. This data does not identify you personally.
No account data. Our apps do not currently require account registration. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or financial data.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely to: operate and maintain our Services; respond to support inquiries; diagnose bugs and crashes; and improve app performance and user experience. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or tracking across third-party apps or websites.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances: with service providers who assist us in operating our Services and who are contractually bound to protect your data; or as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months. Diagnostic data is retained for up to 90 days.

If a future version of our app introduces user accounts, you will be able to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at developer@hypertransient.com or through the in-app settings. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
